Upon commissioning the generator, the checks and maintenance of the Generator Set must be performed in accordance with the procedures specified in the “Daily and Periodic Maintenance Instructions” below, based on the Periodic Maintenance principles outlined in the user manuals. The necessity of performing these checks is directly proportional to the operating time and frequency of the Generator Set (generator).
Therefore, in order for the Generator Set (generator) to provide trouble-free and efficient service, daily and periodic maintenance must be performed or arranged without fail to ensure that faults are rectified as quickly as possible and, if possible, prevented from occurring.
For Generator Sets (generators) requiring maintenance, the information specified below must be obtained from the generator and reported verbally to the “Fault Support” section under the Services link or to the S.S.H. representative.
