Solutions for the Generator Set (EG) requiring intervention, whether under warranty or not, are provided by İŞBİR personnel in the shortest possible time.
İŞBİR delivers the Electrojen Group to the installation site, undertaking its insurance and transportation in accordance with customer requests and the contract, and the initial start-up/commissioning is performed by İŞBİR Authorized Service Personnel. Again, within the scope of the contract made with the customer, technical information, usage, and first response training are provided to the customer if requested. Under the same conditions, a monthly and/or annual periodic maintenance agreement is made with the customer.
