Our main philosophy is to prioritize troubleshooting and keeping EG groups operational. Products manufactured by ISBIR are covered by a 2-year or 1500-hour ISBIR Elektrik A.Ş. warranty within Turkey from the date of shipment. Outside Turkey, service is provided if the authorized service additional costs (transportation, accommodation, labor, translation services, etc.) are covered.

Faults and damages arising from misuse or incorrect use of materials, as well as faults and damages caused by climatic conditions (power surges, lightning strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
